Look in your $GNOME/share/oaf for gconf.oaf*, where $GNOME is where you
installed Gnome (i.e. /usr/local).  You should remove this file, since
gconf-1.oaf* (which should also be in that directory) is the correct one
to use.  The other one is from a very old gconf.
