[Nautilus-list] Mozilla plugin problems

I typically link Nautilus against the M18 binaries I got from Eazel's
ftp site. Displaying web pages works for the most part. But I've run
into a few problems:

* I cannot view www.eazel.com (by clicking on the icon in the top right
or by typing the URL). I can see other pages just fine.

I decided to try compiling Mozilla (both 0.7 and then M18) myself. I
used configure with no arguments to compile it. When it was done I
moved the contents of dist to a new location, and then compiled and
linked Nautilus against this location. Nautilus compiled fine, but it
would not display any web pages. And I get no debug info in the shell
from which I launched Nautilus. I know that Mozilla is a very painful
beast to compile due to compile-flag differences, but I thought that the
Nautilus compile process would fail if I used mismatched flags. So I
have two questions: (1) Will the compile fail every time I used
mismatched flags between Mozilla and Nautilus, and (2) how can I get
better information as to why Nautilus won't display web pages.

On a separate note, I sent a mail to the list about 10 days ago
regarding problems with MP3 playing and such, but I've received no
response at all. It sure would be nice to get something, anything to
acknowledge that someone read it.

Dan
