Ah, yes:
1) There is no medusa for gnome 2 yet, but perhaps the gnome 1 medusa
gets found by the nautilus configure script. Medusa needs the same treatment
as other packages so that the gnome 1 version and the gnome 2 version don't
get in each other's way.
2) No one has tried to get the HAVE_MEDUSA parts of Nautilus compiling,
because there's no medusa for gnome 2 yet.
