Bonobo is going through major UI handler changes that nautilus
will not be following for now.
The cvs tag for bonobo for Nautilus development will be
BEFORE_NEW_UI_HANDLER_1
this same tag will be needed for bonobo dependent components such
gtkhtml, eog, and xpdf
README has been updated and users of eazel hacking need to do an
update.
