There's a related problem in tests F-1 through F-4. All four say "click on a
file", which will activate the file unless you have changed the default
preference. To do these tests in the single-click-to-activate mode, you need
some other way of selecting the file.

In D-1, you could simply use the Empty Trash menu item in the menu bar,
instead of the not-yet-implemented Empty Trash item in the trash's
right-click menu.

In D-2, the expected result would be a file move or copy like any other
destination.

The P-2 test depends on a user not having set anything in the user level
settings on that machine. Intermediate and Expert mode can both be set to
exactly match the Novice mode settings, so this smoke test will only work
properly on a system where those settings have not been changed. Also, as
John pointed out, the hyperlink on mouse-over feature is not a
user-level-based setting.
