[Nautilus-list] scrollbar size

looking at this screenshot of Nautilus...can the scrollbar be increased perhaps
by 2x and never become any smaller?  One thing that drives me nuts in windows is
if it's a long list the scrollbar slider becomes like 3 pixels and it's a drag
to click on it and drag it.
