I found out the problem thanks. Basically, the gdk-pixbuf spec file only
includes:
/usr/lib/gdk-pixbuf/loaders/lib*.so
changing that to /usr/lib/gdk-pixbuf/loaders/lib*.so* fixes the problem.
This problem is in the standard gdk-pixbuf 0.7.0 distribution, so someone
should fix it...

As for the spec files, most aren't mine. Some I had to modify. A few I
generated from scratch. They're not the greatest but they do work.

I'll post them soon.
