[Nautilus-list] building nautilus from scratch

This process is *much* easier than the last time I tried
(about a month ago).  The HACKING file has everything you
need to know in it, assuming you know how to use cvs to 
retrieve non-HEAD branches (cvs co -r BRANCH), and feed
options to configure scripts.  It would be nice if the 
popt requirement could be detailed in a similar manner as 
the rest of required libraries, but it's not that big a 
deal.  I glossed over the reference the first time, but 
Darin has made this a little harder to miss now.

All in all, great work, guys.  I look forward to keeping 
up with the latest developments on a more regular basis.
