[Nautilus-list] Empty oafinfo files

There are four 'empty' oafinfo files that currently get installed with
Nautilus. They are:

1) trilobite-eazel-inventory-service.oafinfo
2) trilobite-eazel-login-service.oafinfo
3) trilobite-eazel-summary-service.oafinfo
4) trilobite-eazel-summary-vault-service.oafinfo

Also - looking at the 'source' files related to these oafinfo files they
appear to be empty and just 'place-holders' or something like that. Shouldn't
they be 'disabled' from the build process (by modifying the 'SUBDIRS' variable
from a few Makefile.am's) until they are filled out and are 'ready'?
