[Muine] Ipod plugin

Heya all,

I made a very simple plugin to sync the main Muine playlist with a "Muine"
playlist on an iPod. Inspiration coming from a previous iPod sync plugin [1]
from snorp and the Cuckoo plugin [2] from Brian Nickel.
