[Muine] ruffle does not work anymore

Hi Muine users,

ruffle, the best reason for me to use muine, does not work anymore in
latest Mandriva Cooker  with mono 1.2.3.1. It complains about a
missing Mono.Data.SqliteClient.SqliteConnection::CreateCommand()
method.
