[Muine] Mono 1.1

It's been about a year since we decided not to depend on Mono 1.1 yet.
 There is some stub code that can be removed when we do.  Moving to C#
2.0 may also help clean some code up.  Is there any list of what
versions of Mono different distributions are shipping?

Mono 1.1.13 was released on January 11th, it is considered the stable
release and is a feature freeze.  SuSE is planning to ship this
version in their upcoming release.  There should be no necessary
changes in Muine between this release and Mono 1.2.

Since Mono 1.1 is considered stable and recommended for all users, can
we depend on it yet?  or should we still wait until Mono 1.2, which
should be out RealSoonNowTM? (Roadmap says Q1 2006).
