It does not and almost certainly will not exist in CVS.

This has been requested before on a few ocassions, so some users will
certainly agree with you.  I surely disagree.  This is possibly because I
rip my music from real CDs that I own and not download other peoples
random crap on p2p, but on the rare occassion that I edit id3 tags I find
easytag to be more than adequate.

The ideal way to solve this request for yourself and other users is to
create a tag editing plugin for Muine, which will surely be published on
the Muine website and this list.  See the other plugins and the oft
forementioned dev site for info on plugin writing.
