[Muine] NEW PRERELEASE: 0.8.1pre3

Hi,

A new prerelease, 0.8.1pre3:

New since last preview:
- Fix to work with mono 1.1.x
- We now depend on GUnicode# [1] instead of using C glue code
- Some minor cleanup

Updated translations:
- French [Christophe Gouyen]

Please translate and Test, Test, Test, especially the GUnicode# stuff, so that
we can release 0.8.1 soon!
