[Muine] playlist management ui idea

I got a bit inspired by on the one hand how gmpc / mpd does it, and on
the other hand, how browser bookmarks work.

How about having a menu for playlists, as if they were bookmarks in a
browser?

The first menu could be "Save this playlist..." (which would prompt
you for a name), the second could be "Manage playlists..." (which
would open a dialog to rename and delete playlists, and import/export
m3u:s, and the other menu entries could be one entry per playlist.

It could be implemented by having a specified directory (like
~/.gnome2/muine/playlists) where the playlists are saved as m3u:s
(with '.m3u' added, but name otherwise preserved). "Import" and
"Export" options from the management dialog could simply copy m3u:s to
and from the directory, respectively.
