Just some cleanups.

Jorn, in implementing the playlist in Muine, why did you not use the
Gtk# bindings instead of wrapping the native Gtk API? Wouldn't that
have been easier?
You would have all your gui stuff in Gtk# and leave only the player
engine in libmuine.
