[Muine] Debian packages

For the information of all developers and users, I have, with the aid of
Ross Burton, built to my satisfaction and Muine deb, and will be using
it as my New Maintainer package. Just thought I'd let you all know.
The package has just been accepted into the new package queue, so
hopefully it'll show up in the distribution soon. :)
