[Muine] [PATCH] DatabaseUtils

This is a code cleanup patch. I moved all database functions from CoverDatabase,
Song and SongDatabase to a new class called DatabaseUtils.

There's nothing new here, just some minor cleanup which will hopefully make
everything more readable. Therefore it's highly unlikely anything will break.

I did start working on a more OO database class but my SO is getting a little
jealous... :-) I'll work on that, probably on Wednesday.

All my patches against CVS-20041226 should also work on 0.7.0 but
haven't been tested (no C# changes were made).
