[Muine] Feature request for cover image fetching

Hi,

 First of all I just want to say congratulations for
this excelent application!

  I've got a small feature request for the cover image
engine. Actually it seems to fetch images from 3
places. Same directory of the album with a specific
name, ID3V2 tags and amazon. 

Some of us have got a already a music collection on
dvd or cdrom that we cannot change (by adding a
"cover.jpg" on each folder for instance) so I'd like
to ask if it's possible to add a specific cover for an
album as sometimes amazon doesn't find any cover for
your album (tastes can be very strange sometimes :-)

I think this can be done in two ways: First, with the
possibility to select a cover for an album from the
search dialog for instace so you can browse your hdd
and select the image (and be stored in covers.db)

Second, to have an external folder (maybe in
~/.gnome2/muine/covers) where you can put album covers
and muine will look for them there (the selection of
cover can be done by renaming the cover image the same
as the album name).

  How does it look? I think it'll be very useful for
already ripped music collections, Thanks!!
