Hi Michael,

The easiest way is to build it using jhbuild, which you can get here:
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/jhbuild

If you are building for ARM, you'll need your cross-compiler kit set up
first, of course.

There is a guide to building Maemo (which is GNOME Mobile based) with
jhbuild here: http://wiki.maemo.org/Building_maemo_with_jhbuild
