The GNOME Mobile platform is basically a subset of the standard GNOME
Platform, so pick the components you need and download them.  The GNOME
Mobile page lists the components that you'll need.

Alternatively, Poky (pokylinux.org) will build it all for you, and
adding an AVR32 port should be fairly trivial (it already supports
uclibc).
