I have been working with the Scaleable onboarding project, This project is focused on how to do scalable onboarding for newcomers into the various teams from a holistic level.
I have assisted the team in;

• Making research
• Developing persona
• Carrying out surveys

• Overall helping in leading the project to its success, which has lead to currently working closely with @sri in the management of the project.
