Hi Andrea
I can vouch for Saloni during the GNOME Outreachy internship
application process.
Saloni applied for the internship, for usability testing with GNOME. I
was the mentor for that project. Saloni was very energetic and seemed
genuinely interested in doing usability testing with GNOME. Saloni was
a top contender for the usability testing internship, but we went with
another candidate. We had several very strong candidates in this
cycle.
From my email interactions with Saloni, she clearly has a passion for
open source software.
I think Saloni is a good candidate for GNOME Foundation Member.

Dear Jim,
The GNOME Membership Committee is about to process Saloni's application to become a GNOME Foundation Member
and therefore need some feedback about the applicant and their work on GNOME, both past and present.
Remember that vouching for a contributor means you really think the applicant is committed to GNOME and
will carry on contributing in the future, and that you trust the applicant and their work. If unsure about
vouching or not, please let us know why you don't feel comfortable enough in advocating this applicant.
For further details about the applicant, feel free to have a look at the their application at the following

Thanks,
The GNOME Foundation Membership Committee
