Just to add some more information that may be relevant.
I once had a CVS account also (anmagalh cvs gnome org - confirmation
email attached) and attended a couple GUADEC conferences
(Stuttgart/2005 and Gran Canaria/2009).

Hi, I am currently working for Endless (@Collabora before that) and am doing lots of GNOME related work

GNOME components as well as other software used by GNOME and would love to become a Foundation member if
applicable.
I've compiled a list of my contributions to GNOME related software as you can see below:

OK, your $CVSROOT should be
:ext:anmagalh cvs gnome org:/cvs/gnome
and make sure the value of your $CVS_RSH is "ssh".
Also, please read http://sysadmin.gnome.org/users/security.html for
guidelines about using your SSH key.
If any of the other libdmapsharing hackers need to use CVS, please have
them get separate CVS accounts (if you can act as a proxy between
accounts gnome org and them, this will help make sure that you know
who is getting accounts to work on your module :).
You now have commit access to the GNOME CVS repository:
libdmapsharing is yours - please define commit policies in a
libdmapsharing/HACKING file.
If you create a libdmapsharing/MAINTAINERS file, any lines
that are of the pattern "Email: foo@bar" will be used to
automatically generate a libdmapsharing-maint gnome org e-mail
alias.
For everything else, please follow the README.cvs or HACKING
files if they exist, or if they don't, send patches to the
maintainer(s) and get approval before committing.
You may want to request a http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ product
for your module - doing so will make it easier both for you
and for other contributors to track bugs. How to request a
Bugzilla component is described at
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/bugsquad/maintainers.html.
If your module supports translations, please let the translators
on the gnome-i18n gnome org list know when you've imported the
module. That way, they can start contributing translations
immediately. If your module does not support translations yet,
you may find the instructions at
http://www.gnome.org/~malcolm/i18n/ helpful in order to add
gettext and intltool support for your module.
The email address you provided has been used to create the
anmagalh cvs gnome org e-mail alias. Similar aliases exist
for everyone with CVS access. Please just use these aliases for
comments on cvs commits.
If you want a full anmagalh gnome org e-mail alias, please apply
for membership in the GNOME Foundation
(http://foundation.gnome.org/) first, and when you've recieved the
membership, follow the instructions for applying for an e-mail
alias at http://developer.gnome.org/doc/policies/accounts/.
If you need help with CVS, please contact cvsmaster gnome org, after
reviewing the cvs info manual.
Yours,
Guilherme de S. Pastore
