I think Clarissa did good work during the internship, but I'm not aware of
any work she's done with GNOME since the internship. I know she is
interested in participating in the GNOME community, and she recently
applied (and was accepted) to present at GUADEC about her GNOME usability
testing experience.

I think accepting Clarissa into the GNOME Foundation is a good idea.

If GNOME if uncomfortable with accepting Clarissa at this early stage,
perhaps you could wait until after her GUADEC presentation to decide.
