I can vouch for Felix being awesome!

In addition to the work on Podcasts, I've personally worked with him on a number of really cool third-party 
apps for GNOME (e.g. the Fragments torrent app), which I think are very valuable to our platform. He's also 
very active on IRC and other channels, and an all-around great community member.
