"Not possible to vote" in 2018 Spring Board of Directors Election

Going to https://vote.gnome.org/vote.php?id=26 , I get:

"2018 Spring Board of Directors Election
The voting period for the specified election starts on 2018-06-02
00:00:00 (UTC) and ends on 2011-06-16 23:59:59 (UTC). It is not
possible to vote now.
If you don't understand the error, you should probably contact the
Membership and Elections Committee"

* As it is already June 2nd in UTC, I'd expect that I can vote.
* The year "2011" should be "2018" above.
