During the last year I did promote the use of GNOME in conferences in Peru (Lima and provinces).
I did workshops that included GTK code and also encouraged students to participate in the Google Summer of 
Code and the Outreachy Program for Women.
I was interviewed for Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Peru to promote the GNOME project and have more newcomers 
that can do real contributions. 
There were events related to GNOME in provinces where I only guide the organizers remotely, I am trying to
