Hi Tobi,

Julita has been active within the last 6 months and has plans to become
more active again in the upcoming months when she finishes a study abroad
program she's doing in the US. Given her history of actively contributing
to GNOME (she has put on several events in Peru each year that I've been a
member of GNOME), I feel comfortable vouching for her to remain a
Foundation Member.
