Hi,

sorry for not including people who could vouch for my contributions in
my application. I assumed this was only required for people who aren't
already foundation members yet. You could for example ask Sriram
Ramkrishna or you could check the channel permissions on IRC:

/msg chanserv access #gnome list

My IRC nick is "borschty", you should see me as one of the operators on
the #gnome channels of both networks (freenode and GIMPNet).
