It's a complicated story: for going to the upcoming hackfest in Mexico,
Alberto Ruiz said I should apply to become a member of the GNOME Foundation.

Concerning my contributions: I made a binding of GNOME libraries in Rust
(you can find them on github at github.com/gtk-rs ).
