Hi,

I can vouch for Sagar's commitment to being an active member of the GNOME
community.
He worked on his SoC in 2014 and after that stayed back to help people with
their problems. After the GTG project went into dormant stage, he joined
the virt-viewer team and I have heard great things about him from the team.
I definitely think that he should be a part of GNOME community
