Among these minor things, It might worth to mention that I had provided patches here and there, helping 
others to make them acceptable in upstream.  For example, implementing some text annotations in Poppler to 
enable Evince to do that, which later was taken by Giselle (a GSoC student mentored by José Aliste and that I 
also helped from time to time).  This will finally be available in the next 3.18 release. Or fixing the 
patches for the Recent View in Evince.

For several years I ran the Travel Committee (which I helped to create). There I "mentored" new members of 
the Travel Committee before passing the hat to them and leaving the TC.
