Yes. I can contribute more starting from Feb 2016

After the Redhat closing down their Localization team working on indian
languages, Most of the coordinators for Gnome translations are no more
active . Thats what lagged Gnome localzations for most of Indian languages
this year.  I have to find a way now for generating some resources for
organizing community translation sprints.

Now we started addressing Mozilla Translations (Completed Now ) ,
Libreoffice 5.x versions (Ongoing)  with their support for organizing l10n
sprints, I am planning to focus on Gnome by Feb 2016
