Hi. there.

To be honest, I’m not sure if I’m a proper voucher for Seung-ho Cho.

AFAIK, 
1. he has worked on something related with Korean translation. So I think Changwoo Ryu(cwryu debian org) who 
is current coordinator of Korean translation team for GNOME (though he is not a GNOME foundation member now 
but he was.) can give you better comments  than me.
2. he has tried to spread GNOME related information and made a regular local meeting in Korea.

So.. What I can say is only that Seong-ho Cho has huge interests in GNOME project and he will be a passionate 
contributor if he becomes a GNOME member.
