I'm more than happy to vouch for Mattias to become a foundation member.
Apart from his contributions to GNOME Maps, he's been a great asset in 
putting together a GUADEC 2015 Bid for Gothenburg.
He's very pleasant to work with and I think he'll be a great addition to 
the foundation.
