Contributions Summary:
Hi
I am mainly a kernel and low-level user-space developer. I contribute to a lot of projects that are part of
the underlying base of any Gnome system running on linux. I am fool if it comes to GUI development, so I
haven't been involved much in any official gnome projects. However, I still consider myself a contributor to
the Gnome project and would appreciate it to be a member of the Gnome foundation.
The open-source work I have done so far and still work on, includes:
* Developing and maintaining the Bluetooth HID implementation (HIDP)
* Kernel input and HID subsystem contributor
* Linux Wii-Remote driver maintainer (xwiimote)
* DRM/KMS kernel contributor
* Author of the DRM render-nodes interface
* Founder of the KMSCON project that provides a system-console in user-space
* Founder of the MiracleCast project providing Miracast (display-streaming) on linux
* systemd-logind developer
Apart from these projects, I work on systemd-logind to provide a device-management API for graphical
compositors to run unprivileged. I work closely with Jasper St. Pierre to get this into gnome-shell. The last
few years I have been involved in improving the input and graphics kernel APIs for graphical compositors.
