Fred start to work to GNOME since 2008. He was one of the founder of
GNOME.Asia, he was the MC for GNOME.Asia 2008, 2010 and 2011. Especially
for GNOME.Asia 2011, he spend lots of time organizing summit 2011, he also
organized release team GNOME 3.0 hackfest and GNOME 3.0 launch party all
over the world.

Fred was award a GNOME T-shirt on the AGM of desktop summit 2011 for his
great contribution to GNOME 3.0 and GNOME.Asia.

I really happy to see that Fred is joining officially as GNOME member.
