Contributions Summary:
As you can see here, I translated up to 27% of GNOME up to version 2.32 into the Low German (nds) language. 
Within GNOME 3.6 there are still 24% of my translations integrated: http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/nds/
I am also the coordinator of the GNOME Low German translation team and the Fedora Low German translation 
team. In the past I also translated many parts of Ubuntu and Fedora to better fit with GNOME in Low German 
and kept up the dialog with other Low German translators on launchpad.
I plan to continue contributing to the GNOME translations in late summer this year. So for the moment I would 
like to become the status of an Emeritus member (mainly to express my association with GNOME and for sure to 
keep my @gnome.org mail alias). In autumn or winter 2012 I then will apply for normal membership again.
