Tamara was a participant in the summer of code programme during 2011 and
I met her at Desktop Summit.  She worked on Anjuta, making some
non-trivial improvements to version control integration that required
demonstration of knowledge of some of the more thorny parts of working
with GObject.

After her internship she has been doing quite a lot to raise the profile
of GNOME in Macedonia, both introducing GNOME to large numbers of
potential new contributors and getting us some local newspaper coverage.

I believe that her contributions to the project justify her membership
in the GNOME foundation.
