The main reason for the delay was because we could not locate your 
membership records in our database or email archives. I wonder if you 
assumed that having a @gnome email automatically makes you a member of 
the GNOME Foundation?

Once again I apologize for any confusion from our part and kindly ask 
you if you can provide us with the confirmation of your previous 
membership? In any case we want to encourage you to apply for membership 
if it turns out that you were not a member before. Otherwise, we'll 
gladly renew your membership once we receive your information.
