Re: [gnome.org #11800] GNOME Membership Application of Alexander Kojevnikov

Alexander started contributing to Banshee in 2008 and was granted
commit access in early 2009. He has always been a reliable and very
positive contributor, and I'm very happy to have him as part of our
Banshee maintainer team.
I think he completely deserves to be a member of the GNOME foundation.
In fact, he should have applied earlier ! ;)

Alexander is a long-term and trusted contributor to Banshee, where

and contributions to other GNOME projects qualify him for Foundation
membership. ÂI wholeheartedly recommend approving his application.

Dear Bertrand, Gabriel and Ruben,

The GNOME Membership Committee is about to process Alexander
Kojevnikov's application to become a GNOME Foundation Member and
therefore we would like to receive some feedback about the applicant and
the GNOME-related work.
(past and present contributions are usually fine)

Please remember that vouching for a contributor means you really think
he/she deserves to be a Foundation Member and that you trust the
applicant and their
work for the global GNOME community. If unsure about vouching or not,
please let us know why you don't feel enough comfortable in advocating
this applicant.

For further details about the applicant, feel free to have a look at the
applicant's
application at the following link:
