Juanje's been involved in the Orca community and on the Orca team since 
spring of last year. His code contributions have been significant in 
getting Orca closer to the goal of being a "good GNOME citizen". :-) He 
has also been quite valuable in helping the Orca team achieve its goal 
of better outreach to the Spanish free software and blindness 
communities. And he's always ready and willing to pitch in and help 
wherever he's needed.

I fully support Juanje's application for renewal as a Foundation member.
