Summary:
I have been a volunteer sysadmin for about six months now. In that time I have helped coordinate with the
team to improve the status of our ticket queue. I've closed what tickets I can, and have helped nudge the
other team members to attend to their tickets. I have a sincere interest in improving the procedures of the
team and speeding up requests from our developer community.

Detailed description:
More details...

I added postgrey filtering to the mail server, which seems to have cut down on the spam (we'll never catch
all of if!)

I recently implemented security certifications (SSL) to www.gnome.org, mango.gnome.org and renewed the cert
for bugzilla.gnome.org.

I feel like I've helped revive some of the teams attention to the pending tickets. I have improved the
response time for account requests.

I've completely cleaned out RT3 tickets (many were 2-4yrs old!) Any that still needed attention were referred
to bugzilla, and given priority attention.

I recently setup a new Wordpress installation, which will be used to test Wordpress as a new CMS.

I installed the new public Gobby server, which includes a public and private server (private to be used by
the board only).

Basically I've worked on reviving the team activity as best I can.
