GStreamer, Debian packaging, random commits everywhere

Detailed description:
I'm one of the main GStreamer developers, working on it since early 2006 and having the top 3 commit 
count[0]. I'm also one of the Debian GNOME packagers and have various commits in all kinds of GNOME 
modules[1] (some commits not listed there because of pre-GIT times when other people committed for me).

I was participating Google SoC 2007 as student for the GNOME project (working on GStreamer) and was a 
possible mentor in 2008 (no project assigned) and 2010 (no project assigned but co-mentored Bastien Nocera's 
student, especially while he was on vacation).
