translator and committer for Hebrew

Detailed description:
recently increased the precentage of translation from 81 to 86 percent been active even before but not as a 
committer
I hope to reach more than 90 percent until the end of the year

Besides these project I assist in many more project and I'm also an active member of the Israeli Ubuntu LoCo 
and helping to promote free software by myself (by talking to accademy members and fellow students)

Nowadays i'm working on an establishment of my own project called Gezer which should be in charge of the 
Hebrew translation standarts

I know that its not much but things are only getting better and better
