French localisation, Planner

Detailed description:
As a member of the French l10n team, I translated several things like parts of the Evolution user manual or 
of the GNOME 2.26 and 2.28 release notes.

My work on Planner has been mostly bug triaging and helping people on the mailing lists or IRC channel but I 
also recently started pushing code to the git repository.
