I strongly recommend Siegfried-Angel Gevatter Pujals for the GNOME membership as he has been a very active 
GNOME community member with his work on Zeitgeist and GNOME Shell. His Google Summer of Code project was 
integration of Zeitgeist into GNOME Shell, which he has successfully completed. He has fixed other bugs in 
the GNOME Shell along the way. He is also a core developer of Zeitgeist.
