I'm applying for foundation membership because I'd like to help out doing any administrative tasks. I'm not a
coder, so if I put my time there while someone else can be coding that's a good thing. I saw you need to be a
member to help out (
http://blogs.gnome.org/brunobol/2009/03/18/the-gnome-foundation-membership-committee-needs-you/ )

I also work on the Metalink project ( http://www.metalinker.org/ ) which deals with downloads, and moderate
some mailing lists for other open source projects.

If you have any questions, you can contact the membership committee by
replying to this mail. Please note that the delay for your application
to be processed can be up to one month.
