Detailed description:
Bug triaging :

Over the years, I've done many bug triaging, both in gnome bugzilla (16 points, account ploum ploum net) and
in Ubuntu Launchpad (where I'm a member of the ubuntu-gnome group : https://edge.launchpad.net/~ploum )

Gnome evangelisation, articles and book :

I've been pushing Gnome, both on the desktop and in the embedded world by speaking about it and writing
articles. Working as an user interaction specialist, I'm still writing articles on how the gnome user
experience can be improved.

As an Ubuntu member, I did several conferences and wrote two book in French about Ubuntu. Although the main
focus was Ubuntu, I've always explained what was Gnome and its importance for ease of use and usability.

I've been helping the Gnome FOSDEM booth nearly each year. In 2009 I was responsible of the event box.

Getting Things Gnome : I'm writing what I want to be my first gnome project. It's a GTD style application
that you can find here : http://gtg.fritalk.com/ I hope to do a release in the next few weeks.

I've always been thinking that I was not eligible for the Gnome foundation as I didn't contributed major
piece of code.

People listed above were astonished to learn that I was not a Gnome member yet because I'm involved in the
Gnome community since a long long time (2004? before ? Can't remember but I think I wrote my first french
documentation in 2003, it was about nautilus in spatial mode)

Listenning to their advice, I'm applying right now...

Thanks for your work :-)
